Cancellation Policies
Penalty-Free Cancellation:
Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made within this time frame, no charges will apply. However, during high season, holidays, and special event dates, cancellations must be communicated to hotel staff at least 2 days prior to the arrival date.
Late Cancellation:
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the arrival date, a charge equivalent to 1 night of the stay will apply. However, this charge may vary depending on the season. During high season, holidays, or special event dates, the cancellation fee may be higher, in which case the full amount of the reserved stay will be charged.
No-show:
If the guest does not show up on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation, 100% of the first night’s rate will be charged.
Reservation Modification:
Reservation changes are subject to availability. It is recommended to request modifications at least 48 hours in advance. If the new rate is higher due to seasonal changes or limited availability, the difference will be charged.
Non-Refundable Reservations:
Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for refunds or changes. In the event of a no-show or cancellation, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
