Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM.
If you require check-in or check-out outside these hours, you must notify hotel staff in advance. Approval is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Reservation Guarantee:
Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. No charge will be made at the time of booking, but the card will serve as a guarantee to confirm the room. Charges will only be applied in the event of a late cancellation or a no-show.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and bank transfers.

Identification:
All guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.

Payment Method:
The total cost of the stay must be paid in full at check-in in order to access the room.

Room Use:
Rooms are exclusively for the rest and accommodation of registered guests. Visitors who are not registered are not allowed in the rooms without prior authorization from the hotel. The hotel has a zero-tolerance policy for excessive noise. Guests are expected to respect the peace and quiet of others at all times, especially during the night.

No animals or pets are allowed in the rooms.

Non-Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and in enclosed areas.

Smoking Penalty:
If a guest is found to have smoked in prohibited areas, a cleaning fee of 1,000 Mexican pesos will be charged. The guest will be responsible for this charge for violating the non-smoking policy.

Compensation Policy:
If a guest has any complaints or issues during their stay, they must report them immediately to the front desk. The hotel is committed to providing a prompt solution. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, the hotel will offer alternative options such as a room change, discounts, or other adjustments depending on the situation.

Liability for Losses:
Hotel Sol de Cabo is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, money, or valuables left in the rooms or common areas. Guests are encouraged to use the safes available in the rooms to store valuables.
